We know the recruiting process can be a challenge, a distraction, and a burden. We are experts at making this process smooth and rewarding. We invite you to put your staffing burden in our hands. When you do, we give it back to you in the form of a successful recruiting experience. By doing what we do best, we empower you to focus on what you do best.

1. We learn more about your company so we'll recognize a good fit with your culture and expectations. Working as your partner, we assess corporate style, culture, and policies to help us determine the type of person that will succeed in your organization. We take time, up front, to find out all the details of your job opening(s) so we can build an accurate job description. The good fit of the candidate is as important as his/her qualifications.

2. We assign a team to actively search out qualified candidates. We network with our contacts in the industry, review our database, and recruit from the pool of competitor's talent. Once you've become an established client, we do not approach or represent current employees of your firm.

3. We thoroughly interview candidates to identify their skill level and career expectations. References are always checked.

4. We present the candidate's background, schedule interviews, facilitate the post-interview feedback process, and act as liaison during the decision-making and offer negotiation stages.

5. After placement we schedule several follow up calls to ensure the onboarding process has gone smoothly and that the candidate has integrated into the organization.
